A website that shows your work and books the next shoot, and a private place to hand over the finished photos. Couples and families see your style and your packages, ask about their date, and later sign in to find their own gallery waiting.

What it includes

A portfolio grouped by type of shoot: weddings, portraits, events, products.
Your packages with prices, hours of coverage and what is included.
An enquiry form that asks for the date, the venue or location and the type of shoot, with an email to you for each one.
Reviews from past clients.
Private galleries: each client signs in and sees only their own photos and files. This is checked on our servers for every request (start from the Client portal template).
A deposit to secure the date, paid by card, if you ask for it (paid plan).

How it works

Start from the Business website template for your portfolio, or the Client portal template for galleries, or describe your photography on our home page.
Change anything by chatting: "add a mini-session page for Christmas", "ask how many guests are coming", "show the newest weddings first".
Press Launch to put it online at a free <name>.typeanapp.app address, or connect your own domain on a paid plan.

What it costs

You can start on the free plan: one app and 25 build credits a month, enough to try it properly. Paid plans start at 19 a month (Basic), shown in dollars, pounds or euros depending on where you are. See the plans. Taking deposits by card, your own domain and making galleries invite-only need a paid plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can one client see another client’s photos?

No. Every request is checked on our servers, so a client only ever gets their own gallery, even if they change the web address.

Can I take a deposit to hold a date?

Yes, on a paid plan. You connect your own Stripe account and the deposit goes straight into it. TypeAnApp doesn’t hold your money.

Can I stop strangers signing up to the galleries?

Yes. Make the gallery app invite-only and invite each client by email, so nobody else can join. Invite-only apps need a paid plan.

Can I keep my portfolio and the galleries in one place?

Yes. Ask for both in one app: a public portfolio and a private galleries area behind sign-in. That fits on the free plan’s one app.
